The Stadtmuseum is the oldest museum in Düsseldorf. Stretching over two levels, it documents the development of Düsseldorf and surroundings from prehistory all the way to the present. This museum is a platform for European collections, exhibitions and events on the subjects of city, archaeology, history, art, fashion, architecture, photography and film.

Admission to the collection and the special exhibition is 4 €/ reduced 2 €. Free entry for children and youths under the age of 18 and severley impaired persons. 
Free admission during Happy Hour between 5 p.m and 6 p.m.
